1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "lt89" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to the lt89 online gaming platform accessible at lt89.io and its operators.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lt89 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personalised registered account held by a Player on the lt89 platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by lt89 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, crash game, or any other gaming product offered on the lt89 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to maintain an Account in good standing.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction from which access to lt89 is not permitted under applicable law or platform policy.
• "Force Majeure" means any event outside lt89's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, acts of government, or civil unrest.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The lt89 platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account, deposit funds, or place any wager on the lt89 platform. lt89 applies mandatory age verification to all accounts. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.2 Residency

The lt89 platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Bangladesh and that accessing online gaming services is lawful in your specific circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account with lt89, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number
• Your date of birth (you must be 21 or older)
• A unique, secure password of your own choosing
• Your current residential address in Bangladesh

You may hold only one Account on the lt89 platform. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose — including circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

lt89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. This may include a copy of your National ID card (NID), a recent utility bill, and confirmation of the mobile financial service account used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. lt89 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lt89 support immediately at [email protected]. lt89 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the Account while the investigation is underway.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, residential address, or payment method — you must update your Account profile promptly. lt89 cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or delayed communications resulting from outdated Account information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. lt89 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable policy. Players will be notified by email or SMS before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

lt89 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players, all processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT):

lt89 does not charge currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in ৳ BDT is the amount credited to your Account Balance. lt89 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at lt89 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though lt89 may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in compliance with its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. lt89 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within standard operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6); most withdrawals are completed within 1–24 hours of approval.

lt89 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or bonus wagering requirement fulfilment. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it.

4.4 Refused or Reversed Transactions

lt89 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, lt89 will retain the relevant funds pending investigation and may report the transaction to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes offered by lt89 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of opt-in. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn as real money. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Using automated software to meet wagering requirements

Where lt89 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and any winnings generated from them, to recover any amounts already withdrawn in connection with the abuse, and to permanently close the accounts involved.

5.4 Seasonal and Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games and slots offered on the lt89 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology where applicable. 6.3 Void Bets

lt89 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using erroneous odds (palpable errors), in breach of these Terms, or in connection with match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity violations. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's Account Balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lt89 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account in connection with any individual, device, household, or payment method
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, meet wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human capacity
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating false chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise defrauding lt89 or its payment processing partners
• Money laundering: Using the lt89 platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or residency information during registration or KYC
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events the outcome of which you have attempted to fix or influence, or with knowledge of a fix
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a software glitch, technical malfunction, or pricing error to gain an advantage
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards lt89 staff or other platform users

8 Responsible Gaming

Unauthorised use of lt89 intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lt89 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of lt89
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss resulting from Force Majeure events, internet outages, or third-party system failures beyond lt89's reasonable control
• Errors in game outcomes where those errors have been caused by the certified RNG systems of licensed game providers
• Losses resulting from your own failure to secure your Account credentials or from your sharing of Account details with a third party

In all cases where lt89's liability cannot be excluded by law, lt89's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lt89 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. lt89 will use reasonable technical measures to ensure platform reliability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your lt89 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining Balance (subject to KYC completion and bonus terms) will be returned to your verified payment method within standard processing timescales.

12.2 Closure by lt89

lt89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice where:

• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information
• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 has been identified or is reasonably suspected
• lt89 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order
• A player has initiated a self-exclusion request

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the player, lt89 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

13 Amendments to These Terms

lt89 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, lt89 will notify registered players by email, SMS, or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the lt89 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure as described in Section 12.1 before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and lt89, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication in the first instance. lt89 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute notification within two (2) business days and will provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, lt89 will advise on the appropriate escalation channels available to the player.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to the lt89 platform operations.
